I had already been taking care of my husband’s grandfather, but he was resistant and refused to “wear diapers.” But he kept having problems with incontinence and making it to the bathroom in time, so I told him about these “disposable underwear” and got him to try them. He didn’t seem to mind and started using them, which was a great relief.

All you do is pull them on—they’re so simple and convenient! And because they provide full coverage, there’s no worry about leaks and less concern about soiling undergarments or clothing. And it’s great to not have to rush to the toilet when you’re out.

My grandmother was hospitalized, but once her condition stabilized she began the recovery process. She wasn’t completely immobile, but she just couldn’t get to the bathroom quickly enough on her own. She’s also a proud woman, and did not want to wear diapers. The pants type really suited her situation and were very convenient.

I used them for my mother. After she had surgery, I had her wear them just in case. To be honest we were both hesitant about the idea, but they allowed her to leave the house with confidence and we ended up being glad she tried them out. She used to panic trying to find a restroom when we were out, but now that’s become less urgent, which is the most important thing.

My mother-in-law initially felt like she was a burden on the family, but with the pants type she was able to easily get them on and off by herself, so she could keep her self-respect. It was great that she could keep doing things herself.

My grandmother started using them when she was admitted to hospital. She was embarrassed to have to use the restroom and wouldn’t tell anyone she needed to go until the last minute, so she would leak a little when she stood up. There’s a lot less laundry to do with pants type, so I’m grateful for that as well.
48-year-old female
The pants type are easy to put on and everything is taken care of. I’m impressed with how readily they get out and into life.
34-year-old female
They had become resigned, but now they are keen to get out and travel. They smile more. Before, just getting out of the house was a chore, but now they often go out as part of everyday life.
43-year-old female
My mother was concerned about urinary leaks, so I had her use them. She didn’t find them uncomfortable, which has made her more relaxed about life in general as well.

The pants type aren’t bulky—they’re just as thin as regular underwear, so the person can move around without feeling any different. They also have good absorbency, so there’s rarely any smell or dampness.
58-year-old female
It’s great that you can’t tell from the outside whether someone’s wearing the pants type or not. They also move properly, so the person doesn’t mind them. Plus they’re easy to change.
